Exactly the right part, wish the price and the cost of shipping was not 1/2 the price of the heater!

A little bit expensive, but showed up quickly and was exactly what I needed to fix my heater. Back up and running for half the price of a new one. Only thing that would be even better would be if it included schematics of assembly/disassembly of the heater. Otherwise, great product.

Product was here on time and perfect shape

The product was fine. I was deceived as to the delivery date time line. It is advertised as 2 days delivery when you pay on line for shipping, when in fact it took well over a week. The cost of the product is a too expensive with the shipping cost.

Needed to replace the tile in our Buddy Heater and this fit perfectly. Product came quickly. I believe it was within a week we had the replacement kit. LionCove was the only Canadian distributor I could find. They are listed on the Mr. Heater site as the Canadian distributor. The only thing I would recommend is that LionCove or Mr.Heater should include instructions or a video on their website on how to replace the tile.

Product was very good shopping experience was good I'm sure this is out of there control but I picked 3day delivery and it took 9 days so a little disappointed in that but the stuff did show up
