Shipping fees are calculated at checkout by our carrier partners.  

Orders ship out of Ontario within 24-72 hours (Mon-Fri).

 

Good to Note about Heater Parts

If you are ordering heater parts, please note that during the summer it may take up to 4 weeks for your order to be delivered. 

Always make sure you are ordering the right part number! 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via Canada Post or Purolator.

Overweight Shipments

Some of our power equipment products weigh hundreds of pounds.

For those shipments, we partner with Day & Ross or Western Canada Express to safely and timely deliver your order.  

Where do you ship?

All across Canada. If you live in Yukon, the Northwest Territories, or Nunavut, special shipping arrangements may need to be made, so please contact us before ordering.

For customers living outside of our partner carrier's standard delivery areas, we may need to charge an extra fee for delivery. If so, we will contact you and collect the fee prior to shipping your order. 

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

At LionCove we pride ourselves on getting your shipment out the door as soon as possible. Your order will usually be processed and out of the warehouse by the next business day. 

 

I ordered something! Now, where's my stuff?

Once you place your order, we will email you when the shipping status of your order changes.

In most cases, once the shipping carrier has picked up your order for delivery, we will provide you with a tracking number. You will be able to see where your goods are at, and get an estimate of when they will arrive.
