Shipping Policy

Where do you ship?

All across Canada. If you live in Yukon, the Northwest Territories, or Nunavut, special shipping arrangements may need to be made, so please contact us before ordering.


International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.


How long will it take to receive my order?

When you buy goods online, you want to receive them quickly, right?

At LionCove we pride ourselves on getting your shipment out the door as soon as possible. Your order will usually be processed and out of the warehouse by the next business day. If orders are placed early in the day, we can often process and ship them the same day (unless item is out of stock or on back order).

Once the shipping carrier has your order, how long it takes depends on what shipping option was selected at checkout.


I ordered something! Now, where's my stuff?

Once you place your order, we will email you when the shipping status of your order changes.

In most cases, once the shipping carrier has picked up your order for delivery, we will provide you with a tracking number. You will be able to see where your goods are at, and get an estimate of when they will arrive.

If you created an account at LionCove, you can also check the status of your orders (past and present) on your account page once you've logged in.


What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via Canada Post or Purolator. If your shipping address is a PO Box, we will mostly ship Canada Post unless your item is over 70 lbs. In that case, we will ship it to your closest Purolator Pick Up Point. 


How much will it cost?

Once you've placed items in your cart, you can get a quick estimate of the shipping cost at the bottom of the cart page.

Your final shipping cost will be shown during checkout.
