    Ordering,delivery,billing from Lion Cove was flawless

    Item arrived factory sealed however looks like Simpson’s QA dept was on holidays…no hose,no wand,no manuals or instructions,no tips,no additive bottle.
    Numerous calls and emails to Simpson left me disappointed in their heavily
    advertised customer service…wasn’t there in my case.

    What a machine! Really loving the power behind this pressure washer!

    The product is great! Really love it. I did alot of research around pressure washers and this one by far came out on top.
