I placed an order with Lioncove for two parts, but only one was delivered. The packing slip clearly shows that both items were supposedly shipped, which makes the missing part even more concerning.
I reached out to customer service by email on January 30 and followed up again today, but I have received no response. There is also no phone number available to speak with a representative directly, which makes resolving this issue extremely frustrating.
At this point, the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen with orders, but ignoring customers who are trying to fix the problem reflects very poorly on the company. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service and would not feel confident ordering from them again.

Rotor drive bushing

Rotor drive bushing dies not fit the motor shaft, it is smaller than the flats of the shaft so had to use old the original bushing which is slightly worn. Called Mr. heater they said they don’t know why it is smaller. This is on the kerosine 175,000 BTU one. It is an older unit. They say it didn’t matter they should be all the same I have three rotor kits and all three the bushings are too small to fit over the end of the motor shaft.Hopefully I can keep reusing the original bushy and they don’t wear out completely. I wish Mr. heater will look into it a little further than whatever I get on the phone doesn’t seem to be much of a technical person.
