Description

Magna-Trap® Single-Disc Floor Grinders are primarily used for concrete surface preparation and coating removal on small-to-medium sized floors, like those in residential garages, basements or workshops.  

You could use this machine for:

• Removing old epoxy coatings, paint, urethane, glue, mastics, and thin-set mortar
• Preparing concrete before installing epoxy floors, polished concrete systems, tile, vinyl or floor coatings
• Smoothing rough concrete, rain marks, and trowel marks
• Leveling high spots or uneven slabs
• Cleaning and profiling concrete surfaces for better coating adhesion
• Light texturing of slippery concrete surfaces
• Repairing damaged concrete slabs and surface imperfections

It features a working width of 10″, and will grind approximately 200-250 Sq. ft. per hour at 1/32″ depth with diamond tooling.

3 x Magna-Trap® Double Dyma-Dots (30-Grit, Medium Bond) are included with the  machine. 

It's equipped with a 2" vacuum port that fits EDCO VAC-200, to ensure OSHA-compliant dust control while you are grinding.
