Description

The EDCO 8" Walk-Behind Scari-Lite Crete-Planer is a lightweight solution for surface preparation. It profiles and textures concrete and asphalt, removing thin coatings and preparing surfaces for new finishes. Best suited for smaller jobs rather than heavy-duty removal work.

You could use this machine for: 

• Removing paint, urethane, thin-set and coatings
• Etch and prepare surfaces for new coatings
• Removing traffic lines
• Texturing slippery surfaces

This compact scarifier is designed for light concrete profiling, coating prep, and surface texturing — not deep or aggressive removal. Sometimes described as a prep-oriented scarifier — it's more aggressive than a grinder, but gentler than a full Crete-Planer (CPM-8).
