So disappointed and frustrated in the poor design of these hoses considering the cost of these dryers. They do not last in a professional salon setting. We got the dryer April 2021 and are now on our third hose. The original blue hose failed after 6-7 months of use, have used the black upgrade since November 2021 and its now failed after 8 months. Not impressed at all
arrived super fast and is SOOOOO much better than the generic hose, doesnt frey and is more heavy duty
