How do I find the correct part for my pellet stove?

Where can I find my pellet stove model number?

Your stove's model number is usually printed on a rating plate or serial number label attached to the appliance. Depending on the model, it may be located on the back, side, inside the hopper lid or behind the lower access panel. Once you have the model number, use the parts diagrams on this page to identify the parts you need. 

Are these genuine Cleveland Iron Works replacement parts?

Yes. We carry genuine Cleveland Iron Works replacement parts designed for the compatible stove models listed on each product page. Using genuine replacement parts helps ensure proper fit, performance and safe operation. Cleveland Iron Works also directs Canadian customers to LionCove for replacement parts and provides schematics that can be used to identify the correct part number

How long will my pellet stove parts order take to arrive?

Most in-stock parts ship within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) from our Ontario warehouse and typically arrive within 1–7 business days, depending on your location.

Some replacement parts are special-order items and may require 4–6 weeks to arrive before they can be shipped. If this applies to your order, we'll let you know as soon as possible and keep you updated on the expected delivery timeline). 

What if my pellet stove is still covered by warranty?

If your pellet stove is still covered by warranty, please contact Cleveland Iron Works. Have your heater's model and serial number available. If the replacement part is covered under warranty, Mr. Heater will arrange for it to be supplied under the terms of your warranty.
