How do I find the correct part number?

Check the parts breakdown in your manual OR contact the manufacturer. Please have your heater's serial number on hand. 

How do I search for a part number?

On LionCove.ca - type in your part number in the site's search bar. If your part doesn't show up, please contact us for help with ordering.

How do I order heater parts online?

Add the part to your cart and head to checkout. Choose your shipping option and payment method.

When will I receive my heater parts?

Most in-stock heater parts ship within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) from our Ontario warehouse and typically arrive within 1–7 business days, depending on your location.

Some replacement parts are special-order items and may require 4–6 weeks to arrive before they can be shipped. If this applies to your order, we'll let you know as soon as possible and keep you updated on the expected delivery timeline). 

What if my heater is still covered by warranty?

If your heater is still covered by warranty, please contact Mr Heater. Have your heater's model and serial number available. If the replacement part is covered under warranty, Mr. Heater will arrange for it to be supplied under the terms of your warranty.

Are LionCove and Mr. Heater the same company?

No, we're not. LionCove is an independent Canadian retailer that carries products from lots of different manufacturers including heater products from Mr. Heater, HeatStar and DEWALT. We stock genuine replacement parts for many of the products we sell and can help customers identify the correct replacement parts, but we are not the manufacturer or a division of Mr. Heater.
